Hi Karel,
I’ve just finished WAIT LIST and I’m reeling as I can’t get over this major PLOT HOLE!
In scene 123, Kate gets a call ON HER PHONE – but she didn’t have her phone at the time; she took Chad’s phone and left hers on his bedside table. So, this led me to think that the call about her dad’s heart attack was in her mind, and that everything that happened after that was all in her mind – maybe that the murders were too. However, that’s not how it played out. It’s driving me crazy, lol.
Has anyone else pointed this out? What do you think?
Thanks!
Shauna
OMG – I only just now saw your note.
Yep, what you say makes sense. More so than her getting that call ‘on her phone’…
We’ll see if/when the film ever gets made.
And if it doesn’t, perhaps it’s because of the plot hole? 😉
Hi Karel,
I checked the course description when I first signed up and it said second Tuesday of the month at 5 so I put that down on my calendar. Today, after waiting for a few minutes on the Zoom call, I checked it again and it said second Monday.
I just wanted to see when that was changed – did I miss a check-in yesterday? Or is the first check-in next month?
Hi Daniel,
Sorry you missed this one!
The dates change occasionally.
At least until April, the sessions will be on Monday 5pm PT.
Cheers,
Karel
Hi Karel,
I’m on Day 15 and noticed that in the Materials section, all the scripts are in .txt format instead of PDF…just wanted to let you know. Thanks.
Hi Nil,
This is intentional to help you with the transcription.
There is little merit in having to figure out exactly what characters say, as there’s only one way to record it in the script.
The focus should be on the descriptions. I’m making the dialogue transcripts available to facilitate the process.
I hope this makes sense!
Cheers,
Karel
